We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of ship date. This does not include custom made pieces or rings made to size which cannot be returned, unless otherwise agreed. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced.
You can return unworn, unused items up to 10 days of ship date for an exchange. We will send you the requested item at no shipping charge to you, for up to two exchanges.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major expedited carriers (i.e., FedEx, UPS) offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages (i.e., USPS) are typically not traceable, unless you paid for tracking.
Please allow 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you. For faster processing, please follow the requested RMA guidelines.
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 10 days provided the merchandise is accompanied by your original receipt. All sale merchandise is Final Sale. All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please call 800-757-4728 to obtain a Return Authorization number and instructions for return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Alberian & Aulde cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels. Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing cycles. Your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
